Judge Manning - President

In 1969, Judge Manning left his family's stable business and began driving for van companies at Belmont & Aquaduct Race Tracks. In 1978, with a used 1966 Imperatore horse van, a new license from the Interstate Commerce Commision and the encouragement of stable owners, formed Judge Manning Horse Transportation, Inc.

Over the years, the old 6 horse van has been replaced by new stainless semi trailers, and the shade tree garage replaced by a new state of the art maintenance facility. Judge's principles remain the same. Careful attention to driver training, truck design & maintenance and customer service.
